I'm Anneliese, the owner of Three Seas. I opened my business not long after I had my third child back in 2020. He was born at the beginning of the first COVID lockdown, and I was stuck at home with a newborn, and homeschooling my then 3 and 4 year olds. I needed something that would keep me sane/busy during this period, so I started crafting things. I already had a cricut, so I just branched out a little more with what I was doing, and by the summer I decided to open up an Instagram and Facebook page for my makes.
Fast forwards to 2022, and took a plunge and bought an over locker. I've always loved buying handmade clothes for my kids, and decided I wanted to make them myself, too. Since then I've made a lot of differen fabric items (with some help from my sewist friends song the way!) and I love doing it.
These days, I still tend to mostly make things for my family, as I am also a working mother, but nothing brings me more joy than someone buying some of my wares, and telling me how much they enjoy it.
